Chinese Students

Chinese Students
SEP‘s Chinese students attend real-life high school in Chinese public or private schools facilities, taught by US State Government-certified teachers holding Education diplomas and resident visas in China. The participating schools offer dormitories, lab classrooms, libraries, cafeterias, and gymnasiums, as well as many other accommodations.

SEP‘s Chinese students will have to pass an English evaluation test to achieve proper placement into the SEP high school course program. This test is based on TOEFL and SAT questions, as well as course material from several different high school and early college level subjects, and has been written by experienced American teachers who have taught for at least 3 years in China. Most Chinese students qualifying for SEP will come from the higher levels of their middle and high school classes, having also passed a Chinese admittance test that establishes their Chinese academic level as being high. In turn, SEP will require teachers of great quality and / or experience, with at least 2 years teaching experience (Chinese law) and with USA State certification.
